WebFlux reactive framework, enabling secure access to customer support files and audit logs
for internal advisors and government compliance auditors. Built end-to-end HIPAA-compliant
architecture incorporating PHI/PII data encryption, granular role-based access control (RBAC),
and immutable audit logging across all data interactions.

• Engineered PSD2 and GDPR compliance solutions and spearheaded international expansion
for the Support Payments Portal - a high-availability, customer-facing web application operating
in 60+ countries processing 6,000+ daily transactions across credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and
digital wallets.

• Architected and executed cloud migration strategies for Customer Systems applications to AWS (EKS, S3, IAM, CloudFormation).

• Designed and configured automated CI/CD pipelines utilizing
Jenkins, Docker, Helm, and Spinnaker to streamline containerization and zero-downtime
Kubernetes deployments.

• Managed end-to-end network architecture, load balancers, firewall policies, and traffic routing
configurations to guarantee continuous availability and low latency for Customer Systems
applications.

• Designed and developed high-performance RESTful APIs across multiple corporate initiatives,
strictly enforcing REST architectural standards and optimizing client-server payload delivery.

• Engineered automated UI and integration testing frameworks with external API service
virtualization utilizing WireMock to accelerate deployment velocity.
