In limits of this position I am leading full cycle of laser welded diamond blade production. From metal powder mixing thrue sintering, laser welding, grinding ... till final packaging. Production combines full automated, semi-automated machines and manual assembly work cells. This production more or less new for the company. I was invited to this position to finalize installation phase. Stabilize output and optimize internal organization. Average human source utilizing was not more than 65%. Now it is 95% and there still options to grow. Now I am on way to implement OEE calculation. Also now I am orientated to build internal team and make production organization independent from production leader. As on the previous position I am involved in quality activities. Communicate issues with different departments (quality, R&D, ...) or decide by self in limits of rights.

Leading of sample shop production. I lead area what is a small model of big plant. In my team quality specialist, engineer, planer, warehouse administrator and directly production.
Our production receive orders directly from project leaders and as independent unit solve such issues as: materials ordering, process flow, capacity planing, quality approving.
Actually in production area present three type of production. Samples, service packs, special product. Two last more similar with serial production. where we have dedicated process flow, targets, quality requirements.

I like to create and implement systems what motivate workers to do the work. Systems what eliminate human factors. For it I use to create solutions what analyse situation and give signal if some thing go wrong.
As example can be a system what registrate down times of production lines and if it is technical problem automatically switch on andon (sound signal). What motivate maintenance worker as fast as possible go to the line. and as fast as possible fix the problem.
Other example can be a software what manage information flow on centralise supply are in serial production what consist of more than 40 production lines.
third example -- visualisation system. System what online show to workers production key indicators. and they are motivate to work more efficient.
The solutions realise visual management.
