Power China, Syvash Wind Farm, Kherson region, Ukraine (2019-2020) – the 63 Nordex N131-3.9 turbines project with total capacity 245.7 MW and EUR 376 million budget. Working as Engineering and QA/QC Manager, I am responsible for planning of construction activity, leading regular project meeting to follow up contractor progress and related issues for project; following up and monitoring the contractor following the contract obligations and project schedule; taking responsibility on progress reporting, traceability, monitoring of extra works and their impact on planning and cost and take adequate measures to recover any delay; coordinating with the operation team on issue relating to actual site progress for updating purposes; managing team supervising site activities for BOP and WTG
