I lead cross-functional teams — up to 15 specialists — through the messy middle of shipping digital products: SaaS platforms, mobile apps, fintech/crypto tools, and eCommerce systems.

Some of my strongest work has come from stepping into projects that had stalled or fallen into disorder — no backlog, no release cadence, a team that had lost its rhythm — and rebuilding the fundamentals: sprint process, requirements, release planning, until delivery becomes predictable again. I'm just as comfortable running an already-healthy process and making it faster and leaner.

My background sits at the intersection of Project Management, Product ownership, and Business Analysis. Years of close, hands-on collaboration with BAs means the PM role for me often extends naturally into discovery and requirements-gathering. I've also taken products all the way into live production — including a Web3 MVP built from concept and a platform recovery relaunch — covering MVP scoping, roadmapping, and data-informed feature decisions along the way.

Technically, I'm fluent across the full lifecycle: git workflows, front-end/back-end coordination, DevOps & CI/CD processes, multi-environment release management, and API/ERP integrations — enough to have real conversations with engineering without needing a translator.
