• Organization of management accounting, monitoring and reporting with "0" on the basis of 1C and other systems;
• Establishment of standards and managerial accounting policies business (group of companies), using International financial reporting standards (IAS, IFRS);
• Consolidated reporting business (groups of companies);
5)Ensuring the economic security of business (group of companies):
• Risk management (prevention, diversification, transfer, assumption of risk);
• Organization of protection of economic interests and confidential business information (group of companies),
• Knowledge of legal issues of economic and tax sphere;

Skills:
• Big practical experience and knowledge:
- development and construction companies, project management
- large retail networks (FSCG) with his transport company: up to 3,500 workers, 50 employees of the financial department and up to 120 cars

• Experience working as a Financial Director for more than 5 years in large enterprises, holding companies with a turnover of over 150 million dollars per year (distribution, retail, logistics, real estate, hotel etc. business, manufacturing);
• Experience of financial management employees of holding more than 50 people, including remote units;
• Experience in building and development control purposes and the financial structure of the business, including budgeting, management accounting and ERP.
• Experience in building corporate structures segmented in territorial and resident (offshore) jurisdiction;
• Experience with international financial institutions (the international Bank RIETUMU Bank, SAULES Bank);
• Experience in management of investment projects in building.

Special skills:
• Skills in financial analysis, business planning, management of financial flows;
• Knowledge of Ukrainian accounting and tax legislation;
• Skills application of international standards of accounting and reporting;
• Expert in implementation of budgeting and fiscal model of the holding;
• Expert in implementation of management and regulated accounting based on the 1C:Enterprise platform
• Administration of 1C:Enterprise v.7.7-v.8.2, curator of ERP systems;
• Foreign language: conversational and business English intermediate level, can correspond;
