My role at Fremco is to make fiber blowing technology viable in markets where it is not yet the standard. I focus on creating entry strategies, building sustainable distributor networks, and securing technology acceptance at national and operator level.
- Market entry: systematic analysis of each country and segment, defining the profile of the ideal distributor, and leading the full cycle — selection, onboarding, business planning, and launch.
- Technology adoption: working with ministries, associations, and national operators to ensure the concept of fiber blowing is understood and trusted before competing on products.
- Distributor focus: keeping multi-brand partners aligned and motivated, supported with Fremco Academy, training, and events.
Feedback loop: translating local project challenges (terrain, climate, infrastructure) into input for Fremco R&D and engineering teams.
- Ecosystem collaboration: partnering with complementary technology brands (splicing, testing, trenching) to deliver combined solutions and expand market reach.
- Market presence: webinars, hands-on demos, and representation at telecom conferences to build visibility and trust.

Market analysis & positioning: studied industrial consumption patterns across key sectors (metallurgy, energy, food, infrastructure) to tailor entry strategies and identify growth niches.
- Data-driven efficiency: used Kaeser’s measurement systems to capture real compressed air demand, then worked with application engineers to design full stations optimized for energy savings. Delivered turnkey projects supported by TCO and ROI calculations.
- Strategic clients & projects: led business with the kay industry players and others — from modular containerized stations in mining and steel to advanced air preparation in high-tech manufacturing.
- Ecosystem building: developed partnerships with OEMs and EPCs so Kaeser systems became embedded in large industrial projects and production lines.
- Dealer network: expanded and trained a nationwide dealer base, focusing on small-compressor sales and protecting partners from low-cost competition by building competence and loyalty.
- Innovation & new niches: introduced smart compressed air management (early Industry 5.0) and promoted new applications — from flour pneumatic transport in bakeries to containerized solutions for remote energy and mining sites.

At Linde my role was to shift Ukraine’s heavy industry from traditional, low-cost gases and methods towards advanced welding, cutting, and heat-treatment solutions using premium Linde gases and equipment. The task was not only sales, but to prove — through data and demonstrations — that higher upfront costs delivered lower total costs and faster production.
- Market transformation: ran audits, calculations, and live demos showing how special gases and mixtures, laser-pure gases, and advanced gas control systems reduced rework, improved productivity, and cut total project costs.
- Strategic projects: supported shipbuilding, steel construction, and infrastructure initiatives — e.g. enabling timely delivery of steel structures for Euro 2012 stadium projects by optimizing welding and cutting processes national-wide.
- Industrial client network: worked with leading player,s building trust through technical proofs, feasibility studies, and post-installation performance optimization.
- OEM collaboration: partnered with leading synergy OEMs to co-launch initiatives, deliver seminars, and accelerate adoption of advanced metalworking technologies.
- Distribution & dealers: expanded reach via dealer networks and trained sales teams to identify opportunities and position Linde’s value-added solutions in competitive segments.
