My main responsibilities are:

1) Maintain and administer all SAP systems.
2) User creation and assigning roles (SU01), problem analysis (SU53) and troubleshooting security issues (SUIM).
3) Resolve authorization issues and performing access control to SAP systems:
• manage users' master data;
• maintenance of user's roles;
• manage changes in SAP systems.
4) Work with technical and business partners to resolve security issues.
5) Assist in implementation of security best practices and standards.
6) Implementation of the concept of segregation of duties which is relevant to SOX Act.
7) Manage risks and critical access in SAP systems.
8) Work closely with other teams (developers, other administration teams etc.) within the development and implementation of new security solutions.
9) Permanent review of critical functions.
10) Create reports of users in SAP systems using Excel etc.

My name is Mariia. I’m from Kharkiv, Ukraine. I'm a young specialist which has a strong passion to studying and solving of complicated tasks. Currently I’m studying at Linnaeus University on a Master’s Program in Information Systems and already have a Master’s degree in Economical Cybernetics.
At the same time I’m working in a brewer AB InBev as a SAP business administrator. The main aim of my work is solve authorization issues and control access to SAP systems. Authorization includes: manage users’ data, creation and maintenance of user’s roles and change management in all SAP systems. Control includes: manage users’ critical access and risk management in all SAP systems.
As administrator of SAP systems I have a strong problem solving skills connected to authorization issues. I’m able to work with a large amount of data and conduct various types of analysis using Excel instruments. Also I’m interested in studying of organizational business processes and would like to take part in its optimization.
Besides the professional knowledge and skills I have a strong interest in business analysis, risk analysis, information systems enterprise economy and marketing.
