Job Responsibilities involved:
•Ensure fulfilment of ISO 9001-2015 requirements of Project Quality Management System;
•Ensure that the activities carried out continuously comply with AECOM PMC described Quality System;
•Take all necessary measures to eliminate any troubles negatively affecting the quality;
•To report the effectiveness of the system to the Project Management and to the Corporate IMS Management System Manager.
•Reviewing of the Clients specification and undertaking relevant training to the Consultant and contractor site engineers/inspectors.
•Review the Contract Documents for each Construction Package in respect of QA/QC Requirements and procedures and advise the Contracts Manager for any deficiency.
•Verify the Quality documents of the specified products, meet requirements of reference standards as specified.
•Ensure that a sound Quality System is defined, implemented and maintained according to ISO 9001:2015 in compliance with the project quality objectives and policies defined the project management,
•Work with Project Director & Project manager, Line manager during the procurement process Update Document Master List,
•Reviewing of Contractor PQP, Quality Control Procedures, Method statement, ITPs, RFIs and Materials submittals as submitted by the Contractors and ensure compliance with Contract requirements.
•Plan and execute internal & External Quality audit at specified interval of Consultant, Contractors, Suppliers, third party laboratories and preparation of Audit Reports.
•Communicate the audit findings and identify areas where procedures will require improvement or additional training. Audit the approved sub-contractors for their compliance with Contract requirements.
•Monitoring over all daily QA/QC related activities of projects and Implementation of QA/QC Management System.
•Preparation of Projects Management Plan (PMP), Projects Specific Procedures, QA/QC Forms.
•Prepare, implement, and obtain approvals for Project Quality Plan, Quality control procedures, Inspection & Test plans and Checklists and review the same for approval as submitted by contractor.
•Preparation and implementation of inspection check lists and other QA/QC forms for project execution works.
•Managing site QA / QC / Inspection interfaces and ensure that the Project Quality standards/ procedures and codes are fully aligned by Consultant & Contractors staff.
•Verify compliance of the proposed material submittal with the project specification and quality requirements.

Project Description : The CRESCENT DEVELOPMENT PROJECT is proposed to be a mixed-use
the development, known as The Crescent will comprise of 1 Rise Office and1 Residential with Parking Towers, over a
retail podium and linked to a 360 unit, 7-star iconic hotel on the Caspian Sea. The Crescent Hotel comprises: 4-level

basement, total underground area is 56,167.19m .Main Hotel area is between 1 and 6 floors;130 Serviced

Lounge, Mechanical Room, Private Club located at 33 floor. Subtotal floor area is 120,668. 72m .Grand total floor

area is 176,835.91m .Crescent City is located on the western side of the complex and consists of 2 basement floors
and 43-story Commercial Tower. Total floor area of the construction is 73.279 m2. Crescent Place is a mixed-use
development consisting of retail and residential spaces. The structure is of reinforced concrete and is cladded with
unitized curtain wall system, aluminum composite panels & louvers. Crescent Place consists of 3 basement floors, 7-
story Podium and 25-story Residence Tower with a maximum height of 147.10 m from ground level. Total floor area of
the construction is 145,290 m2. Basement is 44.920 m2 and covers parking lot for capacity of 918 vehicles and plant
& service areas. Podium is 61.932 m2 and covers retail areas, cinemas, ice rink etc. Tower is 38.438 m2 and it has
168 apartments with 4 different types on each floor
Job Responsibilities involved :

• To ensure deployment of the awareness of Client/Engineer conditions;
• To ensure connection and coordination with second and third persons on Quality System.
• Prepare, implement, and obtain approvals for Project Quality Plan, Quality control procedures, Inspection &
Test plans and Checklists and review the same for approval as submitted by contractor.
• Administrate QC department, and supervise the Works on site for the effective implementation of QC
procedures where deems necessary.
• Ensuring installation of building maintenance units(BMU) e.g, fixed boom, luffing BMU, monorails BMU,
parapet mounted climbing unit, parapet mounted winch BMU, portable rail mounted climbing BMU, slide BMU,
telescopic BMU, wheel load climbing BMU, wheel load winch BMU, temporary suspended platform etc in
accordance with manufacturer recommendation and design requirements.
• Ensure installation of heavy steel column, girder and beam at correct location.
• Ensure installation of frame for metal deck slab at right location with perfect weld joints and tighten bolts
