Logistics Management: Constant analysis, revision and implementation of different logistics schemes all over Ukraine to find the most effective one according to changing business requirements. Identifying potential suppliers for primary and secondary distribution to ensure proper and cost effective primary and secondary transportation. Forcing transportation companies to provide services according to PMU’s standards. Monitoring the performances of the transportation companies. Identifying appropriate security providers for primary distribution and co-ordination the relations with them.

Stock Management: Maintaining appropriate stock level in all Regional Sales Depots of PMU through effective allocation planning. Monitoring the production of finished goods by the factory as well as other links of supply chain; changing the production plan and import orders if necessary in order to meet customers’ needs and sales targets. Monitoring and implementation all new information tools to be used in correct planning and distribution of the product.

Shipment Process Management: Development of PM policies and procedures according to changing business processes. Coordination proper cooperation between all departments involved in the process of primary distribution of the product and shipments to customers (Production, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Purchasing, Internal Controls, Information Services, Human Resources, Planning, Law dpt.). Organization of proper shipments to North-East customers (transport availability, shipment schedule coordination, sales target fulfilment, customer balance control, paper administration, etc.).

Teamwork and People Development: Development of appropriate skills and competencies of subordinates. Foster an effective teamwork environment and encourage initiatives to allow individuals to maximize their potential and to increase overall performance of Distribution & Logistics’ organization, team spirit and motivation.
