Responsible for delivery of Network Rollout and Field services (NRO&FS) and resources cross region. Accountable for service delivery resources competence and performance: Installation engineering, Solution engineering, Installation Quality audit and performance, Implementation Management, Site Acquisition &Civil Works, Subcontractors Management, Commissioning, Integration, Troubleshooting for Switch, RAN, IP&Transport and 3PP products. •Regional driver for Knowledge Management program within Operations: program & KPIs development, implementation and follow up on regional level.
•Local Delivery strategy and delivery models development, deployment and follow up on regional level;
•Service delivery resources Training strategy and plan development, implementation and follow-up on regional level;
•The NRO&FS Services Engineers certification program development and implementation on regional level (more than 30 engineers in the region were assessed)
•Driver for regional Solution Engineering function establishment&resources dimensionning (2016)
•Profit& Improvement initiatives developed and implemented, acknowledged profit/savings 10% vs total unit’s budget;
•OHS driver
