My responsibilities on the role of Senior 3D Artist was to produce 3d part for lenses in Snapchat application:
create realistic and stylised 3d models and textures, rig and animate 3d assets, setup 3d part in Lens Studio using scripts, create materials using shader graph editor;
improve production pipeline, develop new technical solutions for spesiffic design choises or lense logics;
create educational materials for 3d artists - manuals, documents, presentations, video;
collaborate with other departments for improving lenses quallity or solving lens production problems.

During the final 6 month of work I was served as Lead of 3D team. My responsibilities on this role was to supervise and mentor the team, conduct visual and technical reviews of the tasks, ensure all prodused lenses met the stricts company's standarts.
