Greetings! My name is Eduard and I am an experienced manager who has worked in various positions across four countries, including Italy, Russia (Moscow), Ukraine, and Sri Lanka. Alongside this, I am also a co-founder of the platform for creating bulletin boards in various countries targeted at expats and tourists.

I possess a strong system thinking mindset, the ability to assess complex tasks and break them down into manageable parts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to find an approach to different people. I am constantly improving myself through reading books by thought leaders such as Drucker, Adizes, Kotler, Covey, Kahneman, and Cialdini.

One of my favorite roles is building teams from scratch and launching new projects and startups, which I have successfully accomplished in the past. My 17 years of experience in IT and web development have enabled me to take on various roles such as designer, front-end developer, back-end developer, SEO specialist, project manager, and product owner/manager. I am proficient in Laravel backend development and have experience in developing mobile applications.

In my previous roles, I have successfully managed teams of 10-20 people while overseeing agile, waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies. I have extensive experience in resource planning, budgeting, risk management, and meeting project deadlines.

My experience extends beyond the IT industry. For instance, I managed three villas in Sri Lanka for four years and founded, promoted, and managed an online store in Ukraine from 2010 to 2015. Moreover, I have been involved in implementing a GPS tracking system in public transport in Kharkiv, installed a subscription management system in an entertainment complex, and participated in electoral campaigns.
