Demand & Supply Manager

Responsibilities:

• Planning & Supply of Crop Protection to UA Market to ensure budget performance.

• Efficient collaboration with Production & Supply stakeholders in EU, UK & USA to ensure forecast coverage on time and in full.

• Regular analysis of potential risks caused by demand changes, quality issues, production or distribution constraints etc; proactive mitigation of possible risks, production re-planning to meet demand above expectations;

• Ensure proper parameters and functioning of supply planning tools and systems used; regular (quarterly as minimum) review of supply planning parameters to make sure they are aligned with the company’s plans and not leading to replenishing process disruption; proactive addressing and solution of potential Supply issues;

• Responsible and efficient inventory management. Inventory KPI targets reaching while making sure the stock is healthy and sufficient to support business objectives; regular analysis of slow/no-movers, leading process of their reduction with other functions (DP team, Marketing & Sales);

• Monitoring of demand & sales changes to mitigate the risk of slow/no-movers increase and timely extra stock prevention;

• Active contribution into Sales Planning process; high quality supply input (risks, opportunities, inventory analysis, etc);

• Managing of NPIs and discontinuation projects in Supply part of E2E SC, incl. system data set-up, supply parameters maintenance, production orders placing and firming to ensure launch or withdrawal from the market;

• Facilitation of S&OP meetings. Supply Chain inputs preparation and reporting.

• Constant support of the Global Projects: Legal Entity Simplification, IBP (Integrated Business Planning), Aggregated Planning, DLT, Operational Excellence Project, East Territory Coordinator in frames of Continuous Improvement Project.
