During my time at the company, I proved myself to be a highly qualified specialist in the UX field, and it was decided to transfer me to a complex project covering the entire ecosystem. My responsibilities included research strategy, the leadership of one of the new projects in AI, and the YouTube ecosystem. Now I'm working on:

• Building design and service flows, for new version of YouTube Creators Ecosystem with 30+ different products.
• Customer research for all business needs with top YouTube creators over the world.
• Led in AI startup and managing processes, approving decisions with stakeholders.
• Creating workshops and project documentation.
• Building vision strategy for next 3 years and testing gypotethes.

As a result,
• For AI product in 2 months we assembled the entire prototype of 200+ screens, user interface, and product logic, saving the development team time.
• For the ecosystem, based on interviews with users, key types and pain points were identified to create a new vision for the future and development of the company

Sage Seller is an analytic tool for tracking your Amazon profit and building a strong business. I created an MVP for Amazon sellers from scratch, CRM for 100+ screens.

• As Lead Designer, created the UX and scenarios for the ecosystem
• Prepared pitch decks and workflow to receive a tranche of investment
• Improving product strategy for 2021-2022 and direction on Amazon Refund
• Conducted analytical user research and, based on them, formed hypotheses and prioritized the backlog

As a result,
• X4 into a paying user using 1 screen redesign
• After 2 months of preparation, we received a tranche of investment and an offer to collaborate with Amazon
• Improving MVP with feedback from customers compared to market giants

I have been the only designer on a small but ambitious IT team. I had the opportunity to work with brands such as Yves Rocher, Morshinska, Kyivstar, Bayer, Santen, Glaxo and Sony. Main directions of steel products B2B and B2C. I was responsible for a number of projects where I provided a full UX/UI development cycle for all platforms (web, tablet, mobile). For me the key work was Saas Push beacause I learnt the basics of IA and strong dataviz skill.

Every day I have a close relationship with developers and managers to see that design exists at different levels and is present in almost every discipline. From that moment on, a change in mindset began and it significantly affected the quality of my work
