I work on the CNC milling Haas VM3, Okuma, they are three, four and five axis.
I work mainly with multi-axis machining on MU-5000V 5-axis vertical machining
center.
We have individual parts manufacturing. Precision parts processing, accuracy
classifications details 4 – 7, boring holes – H5 – H7, linear dimensions and depths
of 10 - 20 micron.
Responsibility: machining of parts according to drawing, editing and writing of
programs on the CNC control, sharpening milling cutter, setting workpiece
coordinate system. I gauging the dimensions by measuring instruments (renishaw,
caliper, micrometer, calibers, indicators etc.), selecting the tool for workpiece
machining and selecting the cutting conditions. Also maintaining the machine —
permanent replacement of filters, oils, emulsion.
A very large selection of mills that are used - highfeed cutter diameter 16 - 50mm,
end mills diameter - 63 – 100mm, cutters with plates, disk cutters, cylindrical
cutters, boring heads, taps, countersinks, reamers. Rough and Finished Tools.
Material processing - steel 40, 40Х, ХВГ, У10, Р6М5, stainless steel, rolled steel
40 - 60HRC, heat-resistant steels, titanium, aluminum, copper, bronze, brass,
carbon fiber. Measurements of height and diameter, errors of the cutting tool are
made Renishaw or measuring machine of the German manufacturer "Zoller".
Fabricated: press form, aerospace parts, moulds, tempered, simple and complex
parts.

• completed technical retooling of the working plant site, new processing line was
start up in the production;
• put into action the technology of production of the parts and worked there;
• the profitability on the site of the manufactory was increased by an average of
85%;
• did editing of the program to the CNC machines which reduced the time for
processing parts;
• selected and purchased machine for machining complex parts, machining time
was reduced by 300%.
