- carrying out legal analysis of normative regulations, preparing amendments to regulations, drafting references and conclusions about their validity, monitoring legislation, following the meetings of Government Committees and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;
- assisting in the organization of working visits of the ministerial delegations abroad, preparing materials and draft documents (technical tasks, instructions, directives, analytical notes) and reports on results of such visits;
- implementing sub-contractual and accompanying measures for the reception of foreign delegations to the Ministry;
- ensuring cooperation with the following organisations: UNDP on the implementation of the project of international technical assistance "Technical support of the activities of the Ministry for Temporary Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons of Ukraine"; Simon International Inc. / Chemonics International Inc. on realization of projects of international technical assistance "Ukrainian initiative on increase of confidence", "Strengthening of public trust"; Council of Europe on the implementation of the project of international technical assistance "Links of the protection of human rights of internally displaced persons in Ukraine"; International Organization for Migration (IOM) to involve the project of international technical assistance "Strengthening self-sufficiency of displaced persons and communities affected by the conflict in Ukraine".
