Biographical Information
Brian Martell is a member of the Waterhen Lake First Nation in Saskatchewan Canada, which is part of the Meadow Lake Tribal Council. He is a graduate of California State University- Sacramento, class of 2000. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration and has the distinction of being the only Native American graduate, at the time. He has worked as a consultant for major American Tribes and First Nations in the areas of resource development, regulatory compliance as well as policy development in the energy, gaming and manufacturing industries.
