Product development company building SaaS solutions for external clients. The product was a configurable enterprise platform
for creating surveys and reporting workflows.

Project: Configurable enterprise SaaS platform for creating surveys and reporting workflows.

• Reduced the SPA’s initial bundle by ~62% (4 MB → 1.5 MB) after client and QA complaints about slow initial loads. Profiled the
app with Lighthouse and rollup-plugin-visualizer, then introduced route-level code splitting and lazy loading, leaving only core
flows in the initial bundle and reducing the amount of JavaScript users had to download upfront.
• Took a high-level request for custom client branding and turned it into a working technical solution. Migrated the app from static
SCSS colors to CSS variables and defined how the frontend and backend would store and apply theme settings. This also gave
us a cleaner way to rebuild dark mode later and avoid the styling issues we had with the previous class-based approach.
• Introduced Feature-Sliced Design gradually into a legacy React codebase with inconsistent structure and tightly coupled
components. The clearer boundaries improved AI-assisted development, reduced the amount of project context needed for
coding agents, and helped reduce task carryover between sprints.
• Took over day-to-day frontend ownership of the product as the sole dedicated frontend engineer, handling feature
implementation, technical decisions and production issues while working directly with backend engineers on API contracts. This
allowed the second frontend developer to move almost entirely to other projects.

Project: Subscription e-commerce platform with a Shopify storefront serving 5,000+ daily users and a connected React/Laravel
customer portal.

• Turned a React/Firebase page builder I had built as a pet project into a working solution for a client blog. Adapted it to the
client’s needs and integrated it into their site, saving development time and allowing the team to deliver the feature without
pulling a more senior developer onto the project.
• Proposed and prototyped a door configurator that combined reusable door shapes with real wood textures, giving customers a
much clearer preview of what the final product would look like. The team adopted the concept as the basis for the final
implementation.
• Wrote 100+ unit and integration tests with Vitest and React Testing Library for components, hooks, utilities and user flows. The
tests ran in CI before merge, giving the team automated regression checks and catching breaking changes before they reached
the final build.
• Built and optimized SEO-focused public pages used in key marketing and product funnels, keeping Lighthouse Performance
above 90 and reaching 97 Performance / 100 SEO on key pages to support fast loading and organic search visibility.
