Education:
Donetsk state university of management (Ukraine), Master’s degree in Economy (degree with honors). Specialization in foreign trade management and international business relations. Graduated in 2004. Graduation research work (bilingual) on the subject of Intellectual property in international trade.
Additionally: certificate of English-Russian-Ukrainian translator issued by Donetsk state academy of management. Issued in 1998.

Job experience:
•September 2006 till present – Syngenta Ukraine – Executive Assistant / Knowledge Advisor / responsible for International Assignees relocation matters. Main duties: minutes of management team meetings and general meetings, correspondence with clients and business-partners, translating / interpreting, organization of seminars and conferences for East Europe managers in Kiev, event-management for local staff (up to 200 people), production of presentations, liaising with mobile telephone services provider and purchasing mobile telephones for employees (130 mobile users), selection of service-vendors (biddigs, initiating agreements with service providers), initiating payments (administrative, mobile services and equipment), allocating costs to cost centers, initiating / preparing accounting documents (acts of acceptance, invoices), participation in development of procedures and policies for Ukrainian office, translations \ interpreting, various tasks from CEO/CFO including (partially) travel and accommodations arrangements for the management team members, running business schedule in Outlook, visa related procedures for Ukrainian managers.
Also, part-time Project Management Officer – participation in launch of barter project, supply chain restructuring project, trainings & staff education programs, market analyses and clients database completion, global investors research (marketing), active participation in preparation of budgeting sessions, planning documentation, strategic presentations; helped in the process of amending of the company Statutes, implementation of DALE matrix, other projects and processes.

•March-September 2006 (part-time employment during motherhood leave) Precision Scale Systems Ltd. - foreign trade manager. Tasks: conducting negotiations and preparing contractual base for shipments of equipment and parts to Ukraine from Canada and Germany. Achievements: PSS Ltd became an exclusive distributor of Massload (Canada) weighing equipment in Ukraine and a distributor of Mettler Toledo equipment (Germany)

•August 2002 – September 2006: UkrInterProduct group of companies (production and sales of foods in domestic market and for export: crude and refined sunflower oil, cold sauces, meats, dairy products, vegetable / fruit preserves, etc.) - Personal assistant to President of the group, New Project manager, imports manager. Main duties: organization of working schedule, working with documentation, production of presentations, staff matters, translation and interpreting, travel arrangements (including chartering business jets), communication with foreign partners, banks, etc.. Partially performed duties of New Project manager – helped start several new projects, such as: re-engineering of business processes with assistance of a Swiss consultant, advertisement campaigns (liaisons with large international advertising agencies), investment plans, such as: pectin production site (studied all aspects, and was declined due to rather high starting cost), new technological line for production of mayonnaise and dressings (successfully implemented), publishing of food and health magazines (successfully implemented).
