in this company i started my way as a photographer, grew up to a manager of the departament, performed administrative duties, coordinated 4-6 photographers and 2-3 videographers. (made a work schedule, sent to work at the locations, made a task plan and content plan) kept documentation, resolved conflicts between departments, increased the level of sales from 15,000 euros per week to 23,000 euros, it was possible to reduce the number of hours of work for employees from 10 hours / day to 7-8 hours / day (maintaining the same level of output)

My name is Marta, and I was born in Ukraine/Odessa. I had a chance to try a lot of different experience , such as working as a waiter, as a photographer, as an assistant manager, as a head of department, as a sales manager and as personal assistant of ceo in daily rent company. I had chance to travel around the world for several years and visited about 50 countries, lived on a cruise ships and met so many different mentalities and cultures. And saw things many people didn’t see, made photo reportages on beneficent trip to Honduras . Participated in Building process of eco-camp on protected island in Ukraine. I have strong beliefs of who we are and what we are here for. I do love to help people and I always run high energy.
I lived in several countries and now spent a year on motherland just to get back to the place where I grew up. I’m always open for the new experience and new connections.
