Experience
In March 2014, I started my career at the energy company DTEK. I worked as an engineer for fire safety, labor protection, and civil protection at Dobrotvir Power Station for three years. I worked in the industrial safety department. My department implemented OHSAS 18001 "Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series" at an enterprise where more than three thousand employees worked. Within the framework of this standard, I developed instructions and regulations, conducted risk assessments, conducted training, and performed audits in the administrative and production divisions of the enterprise. My duties also included conducting briefings on fire safety, civil protection, and labor protection. I concluded agreements with contracting organizations for the maintenance of firefighting equipment (fire protection systems).
From 2017 to 2021 I worked at the head office of DTEK Energy as an emergency specialist. I moved to Kyiv in 2017.
My task was to develop emergency response regulations for the interaction of all DTEK facilities including not only energy enterprises, but also the coal industry, oil and gas.
As a leading specialist at Emergency Situations of the Department of Safety at DTEK Energy I conducted audits for enterprises located in different regions of Ukraine in accordance with the requirements of regulatory documents. Additionally, I developed the Emergency Response Regulations for the entire DTEK company. An emergency situation refers to any event that threatens the continuity of business processes (social, rallies, technogenic, fires, explosions, cataclysms, accidents). During the corona virus epidemic, I was made redundant.
After that, I started working at Silpo Food. I worked at Silpo Food from 2021 to 2023.
At Silpo, I served as a leading specialist in the management of the occupational safety system.
My task was to implement ISO45001. I received the appropriate training and developed the relevant regulations and instructions. Additionally, I conducted training for employees and performed audits.
At that time, Silpo had more than three hundred supermarkets, coffee and chocolate factories, and others. I went on a business trip 2 a month to conduct an audit. I also had 12 subordinates, specialists in labor protection and fire safety who worked in the regions. Thanks to my experience as leading specialist in the management of the occupational safety system I got a great experience as a leader , great experience in managing a team. Then I was laid off because of the war.
In March 2023, I returned to the energy sector. This is the energy company of Ukraine "UKRENERGO". I'm currently working in the position of a Leading Fire Safety Engineer. I carry out an examination of project documentation for the reconstruction and construction of electrical substations. The work I do is classified as top secret.
I have been working in the energy sector for 8 years. During this time, I performed the duties of an engineer for fire safety, labor protection, and civil protection. I have experience with the standard OHSAS 18001 - Occupational Health & Safety and ISO 45001.
Now
I currently work for Inditex. I hold the position of occupational health and safety manager. I am currently preparing for the certification of fifty-one clothing stores according to the ISO 45001 standard.
