Roles & Responsibilities as NDT TECHNICIAN
Carried out all convensanal Non destructive testing in Casting, forging, welding, and pipe line.
Involving in NDT inspection UT, on Boiler, nozzle, Pressure Piping, Gslvl, Pslv, Turbine as per ASME Section V, ASME Section VIII Division 1, AWS D 1.1 & Customer Specification.
Ability to Prepare and demonstrate defectogram of weld and plate defects.
As a Supervisor planing if job with team.
As a Safty Marshall follow all rule and regulation of safty.
To co-ordinate and interaction with client and inspection agencies & carry out inspection as per relevant specification.
Performed all NDT activity and Interpretation of ultrasonic indication of various welding. Forging and casting discontinuity.
Ensuring that calibrated instruments are used for inspection and testing.
Preparation of NDT inspection summary.
Co-ordination with client or TPI or Contractor.
Able to follow directions and procedures.
To ensure related activities are carried out in accordance with project specifications.
Perform a good safty co ordinator.
Preparation of all NDT Report.
Perform Non-destructive examination/test to assess quality condition and/or identify defects.
