Experience of from beginning to end of line of SMT pick-and-place processes, understanding the working
principles of SMT pick-and-place machines such as Samsung SM482+, FUJI NXT-III, Yamaha YSM20R,
YS12F and YS24, Topaz Xii, Assembleon AX-501, Assembleon AX-301. Knowledge of other equipments of
the SMT lines, such as paste printers (DEK Horizon 8) and reflow ovens (BTU Pyramax 150N/A, Heller).
Executing maintenance and repairment plans and processes of all of those machines.
· Experience in handling SMT components, boards, and tools for assembly.
· Competence in the execution processes of defense industry and R-and-D projects.
· Integration and continuity of the traceability system into the department.
· Experience in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean / Six Sigma, TPM, WCM etc. and related
continuous improvement projects. Implement, support, and sustain the 5S Lean Manufacturing methodology.
· Able to read and understand engineering bill of materials, , work instructions, GERBER files and drawings.
Strong knowledge of electromechanical components, schematics, PLDs.
· Experience following quality standard and inspection requirements to IPC 610 A Class III and ISO 9001:2015
standards, familiarity with IPC J-STD-001 and IPC 7711-7721.
· Assist the floor in optimization of process parameters and monitoring for process yields, technical issue troubleshooting, cost, and process stability and capability. Assisting with the training of new personnel and
participating in the design of operator training materials.
· Ability of effectively work and communication with all departments.
