Dear All,

I'm Kordonsky Oleksandr, experienced Master (since 2013), certified Deep Sea Captain. Had a reach practice on different International
World Wide fleets, such as: container carriers, general cargo and various types of offshore vessels.

Throughout the years I acquired knowledge of Ship’s and Company management work, including:
- job planning as well as a good effective Link between Ship and Office, organizing of Safety and Security trainings and inspections
(relating to ISM, ISPS and Company Safety Management Systems);
- proper documentation maintenance and reporting;
- reviews;
- search and rescue training and coordination (had experience in practical cases);
- investigation and analyzing of incidents, accidents and emergency cases;
- preparation and supervising for Internal and External Audits, including Port State and Flag State inspections;
- Ship’s and cargo inspection;
- coordination with charterer, local authorities and agencies in different countries;
- discovering and introducing of Ship's energy efficiency;
- implementation of useful progressive systems and programs with the reason to improve quality of work on board of Ship and in the
Office of Company;
- assistance with Crew inspection on board and prior selection (including interview and briefing as a practical Seaman);
- advising, consulting and supporting the Ship and Company in various cases whenever it is required from the well experienced Captain.

Currently considering employment as a Port Captain / Nautical Superintendent / DPA / CSO / Marine Adviser / substitute Master for
the short period of time in case of required the same by emergency circumstances. Ready for the extension of responsibilities and
duties, as well as development of new directions and branches. Acceptable irregular working hours and probationary period.
