Undertook a new project to bring the bakery business in a new
location to a successful enterprise. Set up a project plan for rapid
business success, set up roles and responsibilities for a team of
nine, re-negotiated supplier relations focusing on cost saving. As a
result, the team overachieved targets in 4 consecutive months.
