Training manager • Collaboration with Universities in Ukraine. Establishing, management
and handling in progress.

Collaboration launched with more than 15 Universities at Lviv, Kyiv,
Odesa, Kharkiv, Dnipro.

Seven special laboratories and classrooms at Universities equipped
and launched.

• Educational courses and practice for students, University based and
joint. Setup and handling.

Joint SW development courses with Kharkiv Aerospace University,
Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, Lviv National
University, Lviv Polytechnic National University, etc.

Implementing Agile techniques (SCRUM) into educational processes
in practice.
More than 200 student attendees per year.

• PR and special events and contests at Universities. Other types of
promotional activities.

Most significant - IT EUREKA (https://iteureka.com/) – international
annual contest, launched in 2017 in collaboration with the Ministry
of Education and Science of Ukraine.

• Special internal trainings for interns, juniors and senior staff.
Organization, management and handling.

Trainings (Internships) for students and switchers towards the Junior
position requirements. More than 300 juniors joined the Company
through internships in 2020/2021 and thousand more in total.

Continuous Education internal trainings for staff towards special and
personal skills improvement. Language courses in particular.
More than 500 attendees per year.
