Owned the testing area: set the e2e, component and unit testing strategy and coveragerules. Built a production monitor that runs the full purchase funnel against production every 3 hours withsandboxed payments. Stabilized flaky suites by finding the root cause of each failure.
Payments.
Delivered checkout and paywall features on payment providers: payment-modal refactor, SDKupgrades, Google Pay / Apple Pay, tax/VAT, local currency formatting, regional ID fields. Fixed critical paymentbugs.
Analytics.
Check product changes against data: measure release impact and A/B test results in Tableau,GrowthBook and BigQuery, and speed up analysis with AI tools (Claude + MCP) and Manual.
Funnel builder.
Designed and built live preview for the no-code funnel builder (iframe messaging between thebuilder and the quiz app), so marketers see every change as they edit.
Website, blog & funnel screens.
Built the company blog and marketing site from scratch in Nuxt (UI kit, SEO,sitemap, page-speed optimization) and moved the homepage into it. Shipped dozens of A/B-tested funnelscreens and migrated the funnel to the company design system.
