Личные качества
I have almost 4 years of experience in project management, including 2 years as an IT project manager.
I have a good understanding of the full development cycle, art production, and design. I have experience
in simultaneously managing several projects (3-5). I worked in Jira, Trello, Confluence. I have
well-developed soft skills. One of my main tasks was to communicate with the customer and transfer
basic information from them to the team.
I would also like to tell you a little more about myself as a person.
I have several traits that make me a good employee:
- hyper-responsibility: I suffer from the "excellent student" syndrome, but I channel it into my work and get
good results from it.
- speed: it's not the first time I've been nicknamed "Schumacher" at work. I try to accomplish tasks quickly
and efficiently. There is a small downside to this - I demand the same from my team. But it depends on
whether it's a disadvantage or not :)
- loyalty: I have managed both small teams (up to 10 people) and large teams (up to 120 people). But I
tried to build friendly relations with each team. This helps a lot in the future. Employees complete tasks
because they understand how important it is for the team and for me as a leader.
