Duties & Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership & Operations: Operational management of the IoT engineering team to resolve
tasks in both emergency and routine situations. Executing department tasks according to agreed
priorities.
• Customer Relations: Conducting weekly meetings with the Customer, generating official meeting
minutes, and handling ad-hoc customer communications.
• Implementation & Support: IoT infrastructure deployment, maintenance, and technical support.
Execution of technical projects in Data Centers and city-wide optical networks. Rolling out new
system functionalities and supervising contractors during on-site work.
• Hardware & Software Configuration: Configuring, updating, and flashing software/firmware on IoT
equipment and devices. Testing and setting up Gateways on different firmware to achieve peak
performance.
• Quality Assurance & Analysis: Conducting comprehensive testing and data analysis. Checking the
quality of the optical network after construction.
• Documentation: Preparation of internal and executive documentation, as well as regular technical
reports for the Customer.

Achievements:

• Successfully passed tests and obtained certificates that allowed the company to achieve the status of
Select Partner APC Schneider Electric.
• Displayed the Kyiv service and transport network in a unified UserSide graphics system.
