Information technology in creating intelligent chatbots

In this study, chatbots creation technology was developed. The main aspects of using the necessary
components have been analyzed and suggested to apply structural and architectural principles as in global
modern software solutions. The difference between chatbots of use in server-client systems and intelligent
chatbots has been reviewed. A prototype of the program was developed for the research, based on the
created technology, with the necessary control of efficiency and effectiveness of use.

Development of a progressive web application with a convolutional neural network for
image recognition

The technologies for creating web applications are analyzed, in result Progressive Web App as the most
suitable for solving the tasks is selected. The peculiarities of the use of intelligent technologies for the
problem of image recognition are investigated. Emphasis is placed on methods that use the TensorFlow
neural network library. The own model of convolutional neural network for image recognition has been
created. The dataset «The Quick, Draw! Dataset» from Google is selected for model training. It has been
determined that a progressive web application provides the ability to provide the resulting sample to the
user faster than analogues. The result of comparing the speed of the developed and analog applications is
illustrated.

Intelligent module of browser management system of IT-projects Trello

In the article was proposed a programmatic solution in the form of an intelligent module for expanding the
functionality of a browser-based management system for IT-projects - Trello, based on the use of its API. To
select data from the boards, lists, cards, functions were developed using procedural programming
methods. During the development of the intellectual module, a UML-class diagram of the intellectual
module developed according to the existing py-trello library. For aggregation of data, selected from the
boards, lists, cards, the modern Pandas library is used. The Pandas features such as reading, writing to a
Microsoft Excel file, data grouping, reloading the table index, arithmetic adding and multiplication were
used. Approval of the results confirmed the feasibility of the development of the implementation of
monthly reporting and calculation of employee productivity metrics.

The project is primarily aimed at the e-commerce sector operating in an omnichannel model. The aim is to
create packaging with reusable functions inspired by Physical Internet solutions. It is aimed at supporting
logistic processes in the B2C area, as well as the protection of the environment by reducing the carbon
footprint and minimizing waste. Costs can be reduced by the resignation from logistics labels in favour of
the e-Pack, which will include all necessary information.
