• The opportunity to create a project that will help improve the educational process in the
technological and digital fields.
Training course “Colors of Europe” 28/02/2024 –
City: Vilnius Country: Lithuania 07/03/2024
• The project main aim is to enhance the competences and methods of youth workers to address hate
speech in youth settings. It focuses on equipping them with the skills to support culturally diverse
youth, including minorities, refugees, and migrants, through appropriate youth work approaches.
Youth Exchange “Peace is Not for Granted” 30/03/2024 –
City: Munich Country: Germany 05/04/2024
• As team leader facilitated smooth communication between organizers and participants, ensuring
the project met the group’s needs. Also played a key role in conceptualizing, organizing, and
implementing a peace awareness flash mob in Munich.
• The project aimed to equip young people with the skills to recognize and challenge stereotypes and
prejudices, raise awareness, and empower them to advocate for peace. It brought together youth
from different countries to foster critical thinking, explore consequences, and learn from each
other’s perspectives.

• This project is designed to address the critical issue of mental health among European youth. With
mental health conditions affecting one in eight people globally, and young people in the EU facing
growing challenges such as depression, anxiety, and social isolation, this project aims to raise
awareness and promote mental well-being

• Completed a rigorous interdisciplinary course accredited by Charles University, earning 9 ECTS
credits in political philosophy, political economy, and conflict management.
