Досвід роботи

UI/UX & Web Designer

з 03.2020 по нині (6 років 8 місяців)

Design B2B and B2C products for startups and product teams across the US, UK, UAE and EU: healthcare, AI, fintech, marketplaces and booking services.

- Lead products long-term: designed an AI-powered productivity analytics platform starting from the MVP and have supported it with design for several years, working closely with the founder and developers
- Design products from scratch: run research for MVPs (audience, competitors, personas, first-release feature set) and take the design from wireframes to final UI,including a two-sided rental marketplace with three user types and an MVP mobile booking app
- Redesign and evolve live products: rework flows based on client and user feedback without disrupting the familiar experience, including healthcare systems for US clinics and an AI-powered platform for private investors; take over projects from other designers and continue them within existing design systems
- Design complex business logic: dashboards and reports, payment modules with rolebased permissions, fintech flows that turn financial calculations into clear step-by-step decisions, automated campaigns, training systems with quizzes and certificates, and electronic health records
- Create design systems from scratch and maintain existing ones, with fully specified component states that keep interfaces consistent and speed up work on new features
- Take each feature from requirements to final design: clarify business and user needs, present concepts, prepare prototypes for testing and hand off designs to developers
- Design corporate and marketing websites from scratch and redesign existing ones: plan site structure and navigation for different audiences, create fully responsive designs for all devices, and produce graphic elements, illustrations and banners
- Handle graphic design for an international tech company: create print and digital materials, documents and marketing collateral, prepare files for print production and keep everything consistent with the brand identity
