Attainments:
1. Machine tool and mechanical assembly area:
a) Standards for typical works of RMW (repair and mechanical workshop) were developed and implemented to track
labor productivity by work
b) Together with the motivation department, the bonus system has been implemented based on the work
performance standards
c) in September 2021 switching the sections to electric heating, refusal from centralized heating of Mariupol in
connection with increase of tariffs, saving 350 thousand UAH per month (in cold period)
2. Service section for equipment maintenance of Rolling Steel 1700 of Ilyich Iron and Steel Works (interlayer
rewinder, coilers, tying machines):
a) Implementation of inspection system of equipment by check-lists, individual responsibility for inspection of each
specific unit, recording the confirmation of work on the body cameras
b) decrease of unscheduled downtime of FPU from 4.98 hours to 1.33 hours per month (for the reasons of
engineering), the number of untied coils on winders - 0 (previously 8...13 bales per month were untied)
c) creation of regulations for the division of areas of responsibility and response (on the customer's equipment
Rolling Steel 1700)
3. Tooling area:
a) based on 1C:Enterprise system (together with IT-specialists) a module of accounting for issuing and using tools
and equipment was implemented (all special tools of the company were centralized in this area: hydraulic and
accumulator keys, lifting devices, special tools)
b) check-lists for inspection of each type of tools and equipment before issuance for operation and upon receipt
after operation have been developed

Responsibilities:
• Development and deployment of projects for development of structural unit: technological and technical,
safety of work, environmental safety. Investment projects. OHSAS 18001.
• Management of repair processes: setting tasks, supervision of execution, quality control and deadline control
• Communications with subcontractors, drawing up and signing certificates of completed work.
• Implementation and control of financial and economic activities in the unit: compliance with revenue, cost and
productivity targets.
• Introduction, training and monitoring of the use of new tools to improve productivity and reduce the duration of
repairs.
• Quality control of performance of repair work and development of actions for prevention of marriage in
repairs.
• Capture on service of units of rolling shops with development the check sheets and control points.
Development of strategy of repairs. Transfer of practices on service and repairs in the system of SAP.
• Small-scale and individual production of details and spare parts for preparation of repairs
• Staff recruitment, training (drawing up regulations, procedures and instructions, training and examination,
formation of a talent pool and substitution).
• Experience and skills of management of directorate on service, directorate on repair.
