- Manage and preventing operational issues such as dry runs, detentions, delays, and last-minute changes, minimizing downtime and losses.
Maintain continuous communication with shippers, brokers, customers, dealerships, and repair shops. Handle all documentation: BOLs, rate confirmations, load sheets, gate passes, damage reports.
- Work closely with insurance representatives to resolve claims and develop custom solutions per driver/load.
