My goal is to start a career as QA Manager.
As Customer Support Manager at Diia services, my daily job was to transfer bugs to our QA team and respond
to the users. Even then I knew that I wanted to become QA specialist.
Although I only have theoretical knowledge and practice on freelance projects and practical courses (mainly
worked with websites and mobile applications), I am motivated to become better and improve my skills and
complete tasks faster.
