According to the results of studying at this higher educational institution, I received a complete higher education in the specialty "Jurisprudence" and the qualification "Bachelor of Law" (bachelor's degree with honors). In the National Prosecution academy of Ukraine during the master's training I received a complete higher education in the specialty "Jurisprudence" and the qualification of "Master of Law" (Master's degree with honors). I have gained considerable practical experience in various fields of legal and law enforcement activities (internship in the prosecutor's office of Ukraine), competent and consistent drafting of documents, building a legal position, as well as mastered the basics of public speaking and judicial rhetoric. Duties: provided by the Constitution of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine "On the Prosecutor's Office"
Experience: supervision over the observance of the current legislation of Ukraine by National Police of Ukraine in the framework of pre-trial investigation of criminal offenses, independent investigation of crimes and conducting investigative (search) actions, providing advice and guidance to police officers, proving the guilt of a person in court (prosecution), maintaining state registers and writing reports. During my time in the company, 16.07.2019 I successfully passed the exam for obtaining a Certificate of the right to practice law (attorney's license).

In the framework of independent advocacy, I have gained extensive experience in various branches of law: economic, corporate, administrative law and process (for example, registration companies, drafting corporate documents, licensing of legal entities in the field of education, drafting and verification of civil and economic contracts, successful protection of client's interests in bankruptcy cases, support during inspections by the State Labor Service, appealing against refusal to register a tax invoice, appealing against illegal actions of authorities).

I Have Experience working in "UAnimals", which is engaged in the rescue of animals and their protection from cruelty in Ukraine, I have carried out extensive work on:
- Analysis and improvement of the current legislation of Ukraine in the field of animal protection from cruelty;
- Legislative activity, based on national and international law enforcement experience;
- Working with committees and assistants of deputies to create bills and put them to a vote (for example, I wrote a bill to ban fireworks in Ukraine, passed the 1st reading in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine);
- Cooperation and training of the National Police of Ukraine in responding to the facts of cruelty to animals (seminars, conferences, writing methodological literature for the National Police of Ukraine);
- Representation of the interests of victims in court and state authorities in criminal cases of this category (killing of animals, inflicting bodily harm and mutilation) and preparation of procedural documents, complaints;
- Development of instructions, templates, regulations and memos for citizens on legal actions in cases of cruelty to animals;
- Calling the police, organizing the legal seizure of animals, control over bringing the perpetrators to justice;
- Development of memorandums of cooperation with others organizations;
- Development of agreements and memorandums of cooperation with charitable organizations and business entities;
- Providing legal advice in atypical situations, writing relevant response documents to ministries, departments, local governments (for example, on the need to immediately release wild animals into the wild nature);
- Preparation of necessary documents to ensure the legal activities of the organization (labor relations, corporate documents, tax reporting);
- Interpretation of legal norms, introduction of the practice of correct application of animal protection legislation in Ukraine.
