Professional experience and knowledge:

managing projects in the sphere of professional services provision, negotiation of
contracts under the global engagements, interaction with the clients and cross border
entities of the Group, delegation of duties and supervising the teamwork on the projects,
creating the team by adding personnel to the department, mentoring, coaching and
training their skills required for successful professional performance and further
progression;
strong knowledge of Ukrainian tax legislation, tax compliance, tax accounting and tax
