- Responsibilities:
1. Checking and changing currencies on more than 70 company websites
2. Receive incoming calls and resolve issues by phone in English, Russian, Ukrainian
3. Receiving customer inquiries through communication systems by e-mail and in Skype and Slack chats
4. Receiving, investigating and resolving customer inquiries through the Zendesk ticket system
5. Transfer and clarification of customer requests within the company from the Zendesk ticket system to other departments (QA, Webmasters, BI, DevOps, Programmers) through the Jira system and solving customer requests
6. Assistance to DevOps in documentation and migration of client servers from internal to external, for example Hetzner, and vice versa.
7. Creating new users, changing passwords and granting permissions to other users, deleting users
8. Accepting requests for incorrect information on the company's websites, detecting and identifying errors, creating tickets for elimination with lightshot program for webmasters
9. Сreation of SQL queries for clients and internal needs of the company together with the BI department
10. Verification, identification of errors (wrong amount, wrong currency) in payment systems using Jenkins and transfer of data for correction to the programmers department
