Motivation
The irst of icial serious experience of work I began to get from the irst course of study at university, combining with
studies. I always have a clear, responsible and quality approach to my work. I decided to go to QA/QC because I like it,
namely I like testing and helping projects make new quality releases. Likewise, I really want to realize my potential
here. Furthermore, I like to work with purposeful, interesting, intelligent and honest people. I like when the leader sets
interesting cases, thanks to which work can take you for some time. My attitude to any work: "If you do something - do
it well, qualitatively, deepening in detail".

Work experience
Vbet Ukraine My responsibilities were communicating and support customers of IT-company
Costumer support specialist which specializes in betting and casino-online. It was through phone calls, emails
and chat. The clients of this company were only citizens of Ukraine. I used

Prime Date It was my second of icial work. My responsibilities were correspondence in chat
Chat-operator and with letters in English only.
I certainly had a little experience of English speaking before, when foreigners came

work I irst faced with English language correspondence and got good experience.
Eurasia It was my irst of icial work. After 7 months of work, I was promoted to the post of
waiter senior waiter. It was the role of the right hand of the administrator, and to my
responsibilities added such as management of other restaurant waiters, the writing

of the schedule, these are the things that the administrator could delegate to me.
A little later, after a year of work in a restaurant I have 3 times received an
invitation for the vacancy of the restaurant administrator, but forced to refuse
because studies at the university at the hospital were more priority than work.

University of Kyiv I studied mathematics in many of its forms, in particular there were such
2016 - 2022 disciplines: Linear Algebra, Analytical Geometry, Mathematics Analysis, Functional
Analysis, Comprehensive Analysis, Discrete Mathematics, Differential equations,
etc.

2022 I have passed the course of studying at Tommy University, concretized on the
position QA/QC Engineer. The course of study was full of theoretical and practical
material about IT in general and about position QA/QC Engineer in particular.
I had a lot of practical tasks, in particular, I learned to create test-cases, check-lists,
bug-reports and also to work with the site. I had the task of creating user stories
and requirements and created a Trello board. Furthermore, I have dealt with JSON,
SQL, Selenium, Test Rail, Excel, Google doc. . I also learned a little about such
programs as Fiddler and Postman. I learned about such methodologies of work in
IT as SCRUM and Kanban.
