Duties
• Assisting the Properties Manager on the day-to-day operation management of our Properties
• Assisting the Manager with any ad-hoc requests by being the focal point person in coordination in
between of all the Properties.
• Supporting the Properties Director in compiling the necessary information and data for preparing the
annual operating budget for all the Property Management Department
• Administrative support to the Properties Management Department (letters, memos, reports, etc.)

• Maintaining and Updating PAR & TPL insurances, also monitoring CAR Insurances of the Tenant’s
contractors performing work at our properties.
• Maintaining a highly organized filling system for leases, tenants, insurance certificates, vendors,
buildings, drawings, contracts and procurement orders (PR & PO).
• Compile and deliver accurate and timely Operational information and Reports (Lease Agreements
Summaries, Leasing Reports and updating Rental rates.
• Analyzing Occupancy data (Move-in and Move-out reason, % of resident renewals).
• Review and prepare for Execution and Distribution Lease Agreements and present to proper parties.
• Create and maintain system of tracking expiration dates of leases. Tracking of all changes or
adjustments necessary to lease documents received (Amendments, Addendums, etc.).
• Serve as liaison between Landlord and Tenant regarding each party’s compliance with all provisions
of the lease.
• Monitoring rent collections on a timely basis, in addition of Improving the Rent collection process if
needed in collaboration of the Legal advisor
• Prepare lease summaries for new tenants and maintain updated database.
• Monitoring expenses billings on time for the Facility Management (labor, plumbing, electric and other
works for tenants.)
• Prepare and update property management reports on a periodic basis.
