I am a result-oriented QA Engineer with 3 years of professional commercial experience
and strong background in various types of testing, bug identification and documentation.
I have a wide range of testing tools usage experience and methodologies in testing cloud-based
communication products and services for businesses in the field of VOIP telephony.
I collaborate and provide feedback and recommendations to development teams on software
usability and functionality to ensure timely and high-quality releases of VoIP products. I am
passionate about improving either the product or my personal and professional development, so
