Objective

• CPT (Certified Personal Trainer), 2016; 2018;
• Lecturer at Summit.center in fields of anatomy, biomechanics, training programs, 2017-18;
• Successful practice of physical trainings for individuals and exercise programs both for groups and for individuals, from 1996 to 1999, then from 2007 to present time;
• Practice of constructing successful nutritional programs from 2007;
• Good verbal and written communication skills. Experience in working abroad in multinational and multi-language environment as a Project Manager in France (6 months, 2006) and Finland (1 year, 2006-07);

Trainer: Dec 2011 - Nov 2013, MyFit.ua, Kiev, Ukraine
• Designed individual training programs and diets for obese members and competing sportsmen; • Personally trained and monitored over 30 overweight members, who lost approximately 7-10% body fat under my supervision and over 20 members who gain about 3-8% of lean muscles;
• Provided several master-classes in TRX Suspension Training and circle functional training.

• Designed personalized training programs including nutritional targeting specific health conditions (obesity, overweight, high cholesterol, arthritis) for club members.
