ANTS Sports - youth sports booking platform on WooCommerce (US) | Primary developer, 2025 - Present
Owned a custom booking platform end to end: multi-child family accounts, per-day session booking, cart, checkout and
legal waivers.
Built recurring billing on Stripe Subscriptions with monthly and installment plans and mid-session proration.
Designed the enrollment and payment data model (custom MySQL tables, Stripe webhooks) synced with Airtable,
cutting manual payment reconciliation for the operations team.
Implemented seat inventory for full sessions and single days, so the site never oversells a class or books a seat after a
failed payment.
Launched a referral program with auto-issued coupons, and post-purchase upsells that let customers add services to
paid orders and pay only the difference.
Delivered the full site redesign, including program search with advanced filters.
Polaclub - instant camera store on WooCommerce (Ukraine) | 2023 - 2026
Designed a tiered loyalty program: levels by annual spend, category-specific discounts, auto-enrollment at checkout
and Google sign-in.
Built a discount engine that resolves club, promo code, product and partner discounts by priority, so discounts never
stack incorrectly.

Implemented product bundles with shared stock: a bundle sells only while every item is available, and each sale
reduces stock of every item.
Connected the full Ukrainian e-commerce stack: Monobank and WayForPay payments, Checkbox fiscal receipts, Nova
Poshta delivery and a warehouse fulfillment API.
Built a review platform with photo and video reviews and automated post-purchase SMS requests through a custom
TurboSMS integration.
Fixed Core Web Vitals (mobile CLS), server errors and Merchant Center issues. Diagnosed server crashes with Sentry
and New Relic.
