Responsibility:
 Being responsible for financial complines, statutory and tax accounting in accordance with
the Ukrainian legislation, Group policies and IFRS:
 full responsibility for the monthly and year end close process (according to IFRS and Group
policies) and statutory audit to meet strict Group deadlines,
 to reconcile and analize the accounts on a monthly basis (both P&L and Balance Sheet) from a
statutory/legal and internal reporting perspective,
 to maintain an appropriate provision per local and Group standards,
 maintain an up-to-date record of the financial disclosures and compliance requirements,
 prepare and submit tax (inl. local Transfer Price report), finance and statutory reports
according to local legislation,
 prepare the Group Tax pack,
 work with Group Tax and local advisers on tax issues,
 payroll calculation. Preparation of all support documents and related reports.
 produce periodic forecasts of P&L and highlight any potential issues,
 submit to Group Tax tax budget and forecasts within agreed timelines. Provide explanation to
the Group Tax under requirement,
 oversee credit management through assessment of new customers and review of new
agreements, ageing/overdue analisis and control process of collect debt,
 manage Group insurance issue locally,
 act as a Country compliance (control over businesses and finance support documentation,
monitor service level of service providers),
 act as internal controller locally.
 To represent company before appropriate Ukrainian administrative authorities.
 Act as finance partner to the business for any related queries.
