Master's Degree in interpreting and translation along with 9 years of experience working between English
and Ukrainian languages, various organization, people and industries have made me a creative, open-
minded, flexible, resilient and multifaceted professional who loves to implement her interpretation and
translation knowledge into a high performance working process. The position of Senior Dispatcher at
Metropolitan Transportation Authority Broker Service (till 2021/11) has built my troubleshooting,
coordination and succinct communication abilities, resulting into receiving and making over 200 calls,
solving over 60 cases and helping over 50 employees and customers per day. In parallel to this, have
gained negotiation, finalization and preparation skills at a part-time Foreign Trade Manager role in one of

ORGANIZATIONS
2019 July – present UAnimals, Volunteer
Kyiv, Ukraine and EU Together with 300 000 people who care for what we do, we fight to ban the
usage of animals in circuses and dolphinariums and oppose fur industry
farms. We continue to develop and support animal rehabilitation centres
treating animals that suffered at the hands of people and human activity.

“Every life is precious” - with this slogan, we will definitely achieve our goal
- a Ukraine free from animal cruelty.
