The Finance Directorate consisted of 3 departments with a total of 154 employees.

Responsibilities:
Consolidation of financial statements at the level of a business block, control over accounting and stand-
alone financial reporting of enterprises according to IFRS, tax planning, management reporting, planning
and forecasting: cash flows, P&L, payment calendar, optimization of cash flows and tax burden within the
business unit. Implementation and post implementation control of the investment policy. Work in
committees: I was deputy head of the Investment, Budget and Working Capital Committees. Passing an
international audit (PWC - Big Four), close cooperation with National Energy and Utilities Regulation
Commission (NEURC).

Accomplishments:
Successfully carried out the reorganization and optimization of business processes in the Finance
Directorate, which led to direct savings on the Directorate's expenses in the amount of up to 1 million US
dollars per year and increased the efficiency of the Directorate's work.

I optimized successfully the staff of the Directorate of Finance, as well as reducing other operating
expenses that did not lead to added value, which led to direct savings in the amount of about 10 million
US dollars per year without harming the business, worsening the effectiveness of the Directorate's work
and the social climate.

Successful implementation of a new SAP module. Solving tax problems with direct savings of about USD
2 million.

December 2011 - June 2014 "Istil Studios" group - production of television programs for the leading TV

of employees was 600 people, the annual turnover was more than 100 million US dollars, subordinates
are the Financial department, the Department of economics and analysis and the Accounting department.

August 2009 – March 2010 "Poverkhnost" Group - production of television channels (Sport 1, Sport 2,
Sport 3, Sport 4...), production of television programs, rights to show the Champions League, Europe
League..., cooperation with the world's leading providers of television content ( HBO, UEFA, Eurosport),
satellite television services, technical filming services. The group consisted of 8 legal entities (Ukrainian
and foreign), the number of employees was 500 people, the annual turnover was more than 100 million
USD, subordinated Financial and Economic departments, as well as the Accounting department.

July 2008 - July 2009 LLC "Savik Shuster Studios" - production of television programs. The number of
employees is 150 people, the annual turnover is 30 million USD (start-up), 5 subordinates.

Responsibilities:

Budgeting and control of cash flows, preparation of management accounting and reporting according to
international standards, consolidation of reporting, implementation and control of investment policy,
financial and economic analysis of activities, international audit, attraction of large bank financing,
international trading, participation in M&A agreements.
Accomplishments:
2 successful start-ups, successful cooperation with the EBRD (loan in the amount of 15 million euros),
which led to savings on interest on the loan in the amount of 200 thousand euros per year compared to
the lowest rates in Ukraine, successful international audits of financial statements.
