SimplBit is an international company developing its own project in the field of finance. Now we are looking for the self-driven Sales and Retention Manager to join our team!

Job Purpose: To manage client relationships and satisfaction and to turn warm leads into sales.

What you’ll do:

  • Outgoing calls (warm leads).
  • Converting leads into sales.
  • Handling all leads fully, completely and professionally.
  • Building and expanding customer relationships by identifying customers need and offering solutions based on in-depth knowledge of products and services.
  • Partnering with other functions and roles within the Company to drive additional business.

Who you are:

  • 1−2 years experience in sales and/or customer retention.
  • Experience in the Financial markets will be considered as a strong advantage.
  • Some understanding of the Financial markets.
  • Fluent English.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Energetic and flexible.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Target driven and confident.
  • Ambitious with continuous desire for personal and professional development.
