Senior Relationship Manager to International Corporate Clients (Division, Digital)

What to do:

• establishing and maintenance of business relations with International Corporate Clients ICCs in Digital/Telco industry
• active prospecting and acquisition of new ICCs, active expansion of client base
• structuring product and service solutions for ICC clients
• sales of all banking products to ICC clients incl Treasury and Retail banking products
• interaction and coordination with front office, product and other teams of the Bank while structuring and selling product/service solutions to ICC clients
• communication and cooperation with colleagues from offices of Raiffeisen Bank International Group in other countries on matters relating to acquisition and servicing of ICC clients
• preparation of loan applications for ICC clients
• setting-up individual pricing for products and services of ICC clients
• responsibility for performance of business KPIs for assigned portfolio of ICC clients
• ongoing mentorship and development of junior staff Account Managers of ICC Division

The successful candidate has to have:

• University Degree in Economics or Finance
• experience of sales of banking products to corporate clients of at least 5 years
• excellent communication, organizational skills
• experience of establishment and maintenance of business relations with ICC clients
• excellent knowledge of banking products offered to ICC clients incl. Treasury and Retail and products
• experience of corporate credit analysis
• ability to think strategically and analytically
• good understanding of political and economic environment in Ukraine and in the region
• active, self-motivated and organized personality
• excellent spoken and written English: expectation of «С — Proficient User», but not lower than «В2 — Upper--Intermediate
• knowledge of German or other widely used languages will be an advantage
