Affiliate manager

Position: Affiliate Manager

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand the affiliate network, recruiting new partners through direct outreach, affiliate platforms, and media buying channels.

• Monitor daily performance across affiliates, campaigns, and traffic sources, ensuring ROI and KPI goals are achieved.

• Analyze campaign data to identify optimization opportunities, trends, and new growth areas.

• Negotiate commission structures, CPA/CPL/Revenue Share terms, and bonuses to maximize profitability.

• Collaborate closely with the creative and media buying teams to align marketing materials and offers with affiliate strategies.

• Track, report, and analyze campaign results using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Voluum, Everflow, etc.).

• Ensure all activities comply with company guidelines and brand reputation standards.

• Suggest and test new traffic sources, media buying strategies, and partnership models.

• Maintain regular communication with affiliates to improve performance and retention.

Requirements

• 2 — 4 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing and/or media buying (Forex, Finance, or Gaming industries preferred).

• Strong ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with partners and networks.

• Experience with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Everflow, Affise, HasOffers) and knowledge of Google Analytics and Excel.

• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing multi-geo or tiered traffic sources.

• Background in paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, Native, or Programmatic).

• Deep understanding of CPL/CPA/CPS models and conversion optimization.
