Influencer, affiliate manager

We are a fast-growing e-commerce company specialising primarily in the Health & Personal Care category. With over 10 years of experiencein the US and European markets, we have successfully launched and scaled multiple Amazon brands and continue to expand our portfolio.

Our team currently consists of 14 professionals, and now we are looking for a proactive Influencer & Affiliate Manager: who can drive brand awareness and sales through creator marketing campaigns and partnership collaborations.

What we expect from you:

• Experience of working in an English-speaking environment, preferably in e-commerce, online retail or even in English tutoring
• Experience in affiliate marketing will be a plus but not mandatory
• Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly with both internal stakeholders and external players
• Comfortable with working through a time-tracker

What will you do:

• Manage Amazon Creator Connections campaigns (campaign launches, execution, campaign title preparation)
• Plan and optimise marketing campaigns to improve performance and results
• Identify and select effective influencers to promote our brands
• Build and manage influencer groups for each brand and provide training
• Communicate with influencers through Creator Connection, TikTok Shop, and other platforms
• Analyze the effectiveness of influencer collaborations and filter out underperforming partners
• Search for and communicate with agencies specializing in driving external traffic to Amazon and Walmart
